These Terms govern your use of Sonara (choosesonara.com and related apps). By using Sonara, you agree to them.

The service

Sonara provides AI-powered phone answering, scheduling assistance, and related tools for businesses. Features may change as we improve the product. AI responses are automated and may not always be accurate; you remain responsible for how you use the service in your business.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for complying with phone, messaging, and privacy laws that apply to your use of Sonara.

Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at purchase. Telephony and AI usage may be subject to plan limits. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we state otherwise.

Acceptable use

You may not use Sonara for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive calls or messages; to violate carrier or regulator rules; or to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimer

Sonara is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for missed calls, booking errors, or third-party network issues beyond our reasonable control.
